The House of Delegates voted on HB 2313 Transportation Plan which included the amendment of prohibiting tolls on Interstate 95 South of Fredericksburg, eliminating a fee on hybrid vehicles and a proposal to study regional approaches to the transportation needs in Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads. The Governor's transportation plan passed the House with a Republican and Democrat Party line vote of 53 to 46. (Read More)
